The noise sounds like its from the fans. It's no longer covered by warranty but it sounds like the fans are buzzing loudly and. Because the body of the razer blade is aluminum, a defective fan would just cause the heat to be carried by the aluminum chassis, rather than be carried by air and expelled with the fans.
